H.P.T!!! is committed to providing a safe place for you to grow into your best physical condition. We will teach you proper form, help you with your fitness plan or spot you on your big lifts. Whatever your fitness level, we are committed to your success!

High Performance Training Services

  • We have a variety of packages to help you get to your fitness goals! Experienced trainers will tailor a personalized plan with your limitations, strengths, experience and goals in mind.

  • Youth Training programs are available for middle and high school athletes, age 12 - 17 years old.

  • Our Strength and Toning classes are scheduled 9 times per week at various hours to allow you to get fit on your schedule. We make our group classes social and fun, as well as offering them FREE to Members!

  • Our Certified Sports Nutrition Specialist will assess your Macronutrients to fit your personal goals and lifestyle. You will learn about food, energy and how to navigate a healthy eating lifestyle. This is not a diet; it is a healthy lifestyle! A great value at only $75.
