I discovered my passion for fitness and weight training fifteen years ago. As I challenged myself and reached fitness goals that I had never reached before, people started asking me how I did it and how could they achieve similar results. That is when I found my calling – my true passion – encouraging and teaching! My passion is to encourage and teach others how to tap into their potential and achieve their own personal goals and reach new limits that they did not even know they were capable of!

I am CPR and AED Certified and I have achieved my Certification as a Personal Fitness Trainer through the International Sports Sciences Association. I have trained people in every aspect of life. From teenagers to senior citizens, including those with physical challenges and those dealing with injuries. I love to see what the human body can do! My positive attitude will help you make healthy lifestyle changes, in a fun and attainable way. Seeing you reach your goal is my greatest reward!

The Great Michael Jordan said, “You must expect great things of yourself before you can do them.” I believe that you are capable of great things and will help you believe in yourself too!

I hired a trainer to help me lose weight. This simple act changed me forever. My trainer not only held me accountable, schooled me in everything fitness related but he believed in me before I believed in myself. When I told him, I wanted to body build, he was literally the only one that supported me and did not think I was crazy. After losing 100 lbs and competing as a Natural Body Builder so many people told me that I should become a trainer. That was not something I was interested in but found myself answering everybody’s questions about losing weight and exercise. Before you know it, I was demonstrating proper form to people at the gym when requested. I decided to become a Certified Trainer with ISSA. I am passionate about passing on the love for fitness that was instilled in me. I realized that nutrition is a missing piece for so many people that work hard and do not see the results they are looking for. Realizing the importance of nutrition, I then became a Specialist in Sports Nutrition.

I am certified as an Elite Personal Trainer, Specialist in Sports Nutrition Coach, Yoga, CPR/AED, and certified in First Aid,

Amber is an Education Professional with a Bachelor of Arts focused on Special Education. She also has a Certified Personal Trainer Certification from NASM, Group Exercise Instructor from Athletics & Fitness Association of America and is a Health Coach Certification from the American Council on Exercise

Nikki is a Yoga Alliance Certified Instructor. Her concentration is A Slow Flow and a Restorative Yoga teaching both at H.P.T!!! and also Community Yoga Central.

Hi! I’m Traci and I’m so excited to be the first to bring SHiNE Dance Fitness to this region! With over 40-million YouTube views and hundreds of live classes worldwide, SHiNE original choreography is rooted in Hip-Hoop, Jazz, and Ballet, set to popular music.

My goal is to create a fun “Girl’s Night Out” vibe that turns exercising from a “have-to” to a “want-to.” I hope you feel confident, empowered, and proud of yourself for each new dance move you try. I am a firm believer that movement is medicine. Even if you only get 10% of the moves and walk in place the other half of the class, that is 100% better than sitting on the sofa scrolling through your phone!
